Support for client side chat translation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into demo server
2. Be swamped with messages written in many different languages
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be AWESOME if the user could choose a language in the chat to
which to translate all the incoming chat messages. This could be done
somewhat easily with the google translate api and since the client could do
it directly it would present no extra load on the server either

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
