Uploading an image can make the presentation window too large #414

Just checked out the demo server.

I've seen that when folks upload a wide image, the presentation window can 
get larger (width) than the screen.

Fixed by Denis on flexlib.

The problem was that when the presentation window gets maximized, the window 
gets shift 
beside the web participant's window to not cover it. However, it the 
presentation 
window is too wide, the right side part may get hidden.
