A viewer needs to be able to mute/un-mute themselves in a conference.

Can not do this in 0.64 as we don't have a way to match web participants with 
voice 
participants.

Even if they joined through the web portion?  If I click the headphones, I'd 
like to 
be able to mute/unmute myself.  Actually, I'd like more - but that's detailed 
in issue 
#232.

Of course, if I join over the hard-phone, I have no expectation of matching / 
being 
able to mute myself.
