Import StormLib source into project for dynamic linking #2

What should be done?
We need to plan to use StormLib as part of this project.  This project will 
incrementally port StormLib to C# by gradually replacing functionality.  As 
such, the source functionality will be incrementally rewritten in C#, and the 
C# will call into the source C code.

Please provide any additional information below.
