Using "exit" button won't save new settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change any config option
2. Exit from the app using "exit" button
3. Re-run app, old settings are restored

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
New settings should be saved using "exit" button

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.3beta2 WM 6.1 on Samsung Omnia (i900)

Please provide any additional information below.
When you close app using task manager new settings are saved, but not if you 
use "exit" button from apps menu.
