Dark Library dialog enhancements #439

The dark library builder dialog should allow the user to choose between 
appending/updating a dark library, or rebuilding a new dark lib from scratch 
(discarding existing darks)

Also, the dialog should show the range of exposure durations present in the 
current dark library. Perhaps initialize the min/max durations to those values?
