Schedule volume down phone vibrates schedule volume up phone beeps

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up a schedule

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 when the schedule turns off the volume it should do it silently. And again when the schedule turns the volume back on it should be done silently. When this was installed on my samsung galaxy s 2 this did not happen now it is on my samsung galaxy s 3 it beeps or vibrates depending which schedule runs. So now instead off the phone wake me up for what ever reason which the sound manager should stop. The sound  manager itself wakes me up. I can see nothing in the managers settings to stop this so presumably it's a fault. Can you please tell me about a solution.... Thanks

I am also having a problem with this issue. Do not like it making sounds when 
it changes settings during a schedule.
I also have tried to set my phone schedule for complete silence during church 
services. The schedules are set correctly, but when it changes to the church 
time schedule the ringer volume never goes to completely silent. It is one 
setting above silent so during a quiet worship service it is still heard and 
very embarrassing. I am using a AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3 with the latest unrooted 
Android 4.1.1 OS. Thanks for the help.
