Preferences don't save #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Poster
2. Open preferences dialog
3. Make changes (tried Headers and Timeout)
4. Click Save
5. Open Preferences

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is the new preferences.  Seeing default preferences

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Poster v3.1.0 / Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
