Installation Issue - v3.1.0 #92

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/poster/
2.  Click on + Add to Firefox
3.  Click on Install Now button
4.  Click on Restart Now when the popup appears to stating "Poster will be 
installed after you restart Firefox.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see icon or Poster options under Tools.  I saw neither; I don't 
think it installed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I tried to install Poster v3.1.0.  My OS is Windows 7 and I'm using FF 11.0.

Please provide any additional information below.
