CodeLens not working to run tests when IT name is duplicated #145

When I have an IT name that is repeated between different DESCRIBE sections and I click on the codelens Run, it opens the VSCode command input to select which IT I want to Run. The problem only happens on versions 2.10.0 and 2.10.1

Can you give me a little sample project where this happens?

The structure looks like this. Even the sorting does not work.
