is it possible to adjust the PCB's so that JST boots can be used instead of the PIN strips? There is usually 1-1.5mm of space between the footprints of the PIN-strips for this to work?
If this space was available, everyone could decide for himself whether he wants to solder on PIN-rails or JST-sockets, the JST-sockets still have the advantage of locking the connectors on the PCB.
I have now soldered a PIN bar and a JST socket at the places where there was not enough space, but I would like to use the sockets everywhere.
The two missing sockets are still in the container.
