Armel Python build fails when multiprocessing is enabled #3

Dont know the exact reason why, this is the case, thus compilation restricted single thread only. However this may be an indication for further issues related to multiprocessing with the binaries generated by the buildsys for armel target. Never the less armel target is not a very popular target
