How to copy .pnrf file from Gen2tb to local PC? #20

Hey! Does anyone know how I can copy the .pnrf file to my local PC? I already tried via SSH/SFTB, but the Gen2tb blocked the connection...

Hello @jonnYyYyYy,

Thank you for you question. Currently this is only possible via Samba. You can configure username and password in Perception. Here are the steps:

Connect to your Gen2tB Mainframe. Click on the Settings tab > Mainframe Setup. In the remote access option setup username and password and make sure the enable access to to the internal storage of the mainframe option is toggled.

Then simply access the internal storage path using file explorer and typing the username and password defined in the previous step.
