Hi, I am interested in simulating underwater scenes from terrestrial RGBD images. Your simulator looks interesting but it's not clear to me what goes in or comes out. Is it possible to input a complete RGBD image?

Hi,

thanks for the note. The inputs to the simulation environment are text files describing scene geometry and materials in a PBRT compliant way (https://www.pbrt.org/fileformat-v2.html). I suppose there should be a way to convert RGBD files into something that PBRT could render, but it may take some effort to do that.

Best, Henryk
