Added support for DAHDI trunks in the PARKLIST

I would also assume that adding IAX2 will allow IAX2 users to view parked calls as well. The filters put in originally just look at SIP and SCCP, so those who have DAHDI or IAX2(not verified IAX2) would not see a list of parked calls through DAHDI trunks.
