The flatpak now uses dugite-native; a binary distribution of Git optimised for file size (and includes Git LFS). To make this work the exec path must be set manually. See https://github.com/hbons/org.sparkleshare.SparkleShare/commit/68ec99ab1858b3c8ab091b99de65b4ff6155c0af for the changes in the flatpak spec.
