EventLog does not hyperlink folders/filenames

As visible in the screenshot below, sometimes EventLog fails to create the links for certain entries (not all).

You can see the most recent ~15 entries are properly represented in the view:

• Right icon action is assigned
• Hyperlinks on all folders in the path when applicable
• Hyperlinks on filenames when applicable
• When clicking on the time, the revisions dialog seems to show correct revisions info

But all the rest of them are "confused". Some observations:

• The files are not receiving the right icons (all the "+" icon);
• Those with a prefix of either ". M " or "M " are modifications to existing files;
• Those with a prefix of either ". A " or "A " are newly added files to the repo;
• The prefixes probably should not be there;
• Clicking on the "time" shows no revision info;

This issue has been here for quite some time on GNU/Linux as far as I can tell.
