add project with non-alphabetical password #1871

sparkleshare version 1.4.1

You can find session logs by date and version information in: ~/.config/org.sparkleshare.SparkleShare/logs/ on Linux and macOS C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\org.sparkleshare.SparkleShare\logs\ on Windows

To help us help you, please include the logs from around the time the issue occurred, as well as the SparkleShare version and info about your OS (displayed at the top of the log files). Then, tell us roughly in these steps what went wrong:

What happened:

… when i tried to login with https://username:pw@git.domain.com and folder path as end of url end, it gives error like below screenshot. issue

that is only because of non alphabetical pw, i.e @ i already tried with %40 which convert as above screenshot,

and also not work with any sign based pw. but work very well with plain text pw with only alphabetical.

What I expected to happen:

… want to login with non alphabetical pw also. please check and let me know how can i login with non alphabetical pw with https protocol instead of git.

This happens when:

  1. when i tried to login with https://username:pw@git.domain.com and folder path as end of url end, it gives error like below screenshot. issue

i also not able to find the newest version for windows version 3.28 msi file. thanks

Unfortunately SparkleShare no longer supports HTTPS-only repositories (the Windows version is a but behind), so I can't add this feature. SSH is recommended.
