Proposal: add "Pull recent changes" menu item for each synched repository #1945

It seems there is no working notification about pushed changes from other clients, so sometimes you have wait quite long until your client gets synched with latest changes from server.

Currently my only solution is to stop SparkleShare and restart. Why not add a menu item with this functionality?
