Fix/windows installer #1976

Added my last changes, to store the files if someone wants to compile a fully working windows version

This pull request was lanched by accident, all changes are included in Fix/windows build request. It was primary intended as addon to the Fix/windows build request. Now i merged all changes in the old pull request that someone has the change to build his own fully working windows version by checking out this branch.
