I think you might have been working from an older commit since the only difference I could find between your branch and mine was commenting out the follow_controller lines which I have now down in my branch.

I cloned the latest master branch and found it works well on ROS-indigo. Thank you for your prompt reply. I'm happy at using such a nice ROS package.
Great! Glad to hear it's OK now.
I found some error when building on ROS-Indigo, so fixed.
