Improve login message to better inform HBSGrid users #73

Current terminal login message is somewhat helpful. Improve the message shown at login to put documentation front-and-center for both terminal (SSH) users as well as NoMachine users (method TBD).

@kyosua Would you mind taking a look at these two files? I'd like to see if we can get these onto the appropriate volumes (home/, projects*/, scratch/, globus/, data/, tmp_refdata/, etc) in time for the maintenance. Thx!
