Should we sort the libraries by their city name?

Yeah, maybe we should do some ordering and possibly also subcategories. For example national libraries might not be in one city only and some library organizations or journals are also hard to give a city to them. Do you want to work on that? Alternatively I would suggest to open an issue for us to remember this todo.
