Add Word Lists: TV and Pop Culture #109

Add word lists for two modes: TV and Pop Culture.

Caveats

Unable to test locally since OSX 10.13 can't upgrade to the required version of Node (16+).

I don't really want the changes to package*json, so if it's OK to omit those, I can amend.
