Latest number for the code in this branch, with fresh geodata index on staging, addresses without location: 2142 (from log file) or 1919 (from /search?q=dbsID:*+AND+_missing_:location.geo query).

https://github.com/hbz/lobid-organisations/issues/89 will be resolved by using Pelias via the Mapzen search API. Closing.
