Elasticsearch:

ApiController improvements
improved index mapping (optional fields)
return optional fields
To ensure correct indexing:
- delete the existing index before running the app
- run "Admin -> Reset Free Text Indexes" after startup

Component Updates:

addToCollection in AjaxSupport creates lastUpdateComment for the context object
this prompts an update to the corresponding record in the ES-Index

Component statistics (dashboard):

new ComponentStatistic domain class for saving history lines
new service for generating/updating ComponentStatistic objects
new Job to trigger the update service

UI:

Added functionality in Package view to display RRs of connected TitleInstances
Initial selection of a component via "Search" does not immediately trigger a blank search (has to be send specifically now), but displays only the search forms.
