Change progress bar behaviour #260

Currently, the progress bar shows (up to) three phases:

KBart processing
ZDB enrichment
EZB enrichment

The postpressing of these phases also takes a noteiceable amount of time and thus should be reflected in the behaviour of the progress bar. Therefore, a fourth phase has to be implemented to reflect that.

Tested with Emerald 120 package, all three enrichment status checked. Seems to work properly; no unrealistic jumps are perceivable.
