Thanks for the review, I leave it like this. However, I oriented myself towards existing documentation where we refer to the Elasticsearch documentation, see e.g. http://blog.lobid.org/2018/06/07/lobid-gnd.html#web-api, http://blog.lobid.org/2018/09/04/zdb.html#querying-the-subset & http://blog.lobid.org/2018/07/06/lobid-gnd-queries.html#vollst%C3%A4ndige-query-syntax. In all three posts we use _exists_ queries (which I prefer over the wildcard query as it makes much clearer what is going on).
