Provide graph-based exploration interface to GND #158

It would be nice to explore GND relations by traversing the relation graph. Starting with one node and the relations already shown in the relations tab, a click on another node should expand that graph and center on the clicked node and so on.

(This is a more general issue for the now closed #127.)

The Zeitschriftendatenbank (ZDB) provides a similar feature. Perhaps this could serve as an example? Another improvement would be if users could click on any element in the graph to open that record in Lobid.
