Get building ids from OSM #371

ISIL is also included in OpenStreetmap, see https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/ref:isil#map, the OSM relation or way IDs to show building(s) on the map can be queried for instance via http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Overpass_API dynamically or as additional data source similar to Wikidata.

@nichtich would this still be relevant for you. I am doing some work on lobid-organisation. But I am not sure yet how to implement this.
