Correct mapping for DBS type "UB" #384

"Universitätsbibliothek" was erroneously mapped to libtype:n65 ("Abteilungsbibliothek, Fachbereichsbibliothek, Institutsbibliothek (Universität)") while it should actualy be libtype:n60 ("Zentrale Universitätsbibliothek")
