Add weywot3 to weywot cluster #396

While waiting for SSDs adding a third node will hopefully improve query time. Since resolving hbz/lobid-organisations#394 we can use weywot3.

Prerequisites: adapt elasticsearch.yml. Then: # systemctl edit elasticsearch. Add in this file:

[Service] LimitMEMLOCK=infinity

# systemctl daemon-reload Set memory to 16GB in /etc/elasticsearch/jvm.options. # service elasticsearch start

Deployed to production. I have the feeling it's a big improvement in speed. Anyway, opened a call for SSDs at our internal IT service. Closing.
