Closed jschnasse closed 9 years ago

jschnasse commented 9 years ago

Are there plans to introduce transformation for MAB#710?

Example: http://lobid.org/resource/HT018433961/about?format=source vs. http://lobid.org/resource/HT018433961

http://lobid.org/resource/HT018434138/about?format=source vs. http://lobid.org/resource/HT018434138

Deployed to staging, see e.g. http://test.lobid.org/resource/HT001898812 , and http://test.lobid.org/resource/HT018433961 and all other resources mentioned in this ticket.

@jschnasse you also may want to have a look.

It's in the data but the literals are not splitted correctly. The cut should be made after a semicolon not after a slash.

E.g. instead

"1400-1468; Guttenberg, Johann", "1400-1468; Gensfleisch von Sorgenloch, Johann", ...

it should look like this:

Guttenberg, Johann / 1400-1468" "Gensfleisch von Sorgenloch, Johann / 1400-1468"

This should be resolved with API 2.0, see hbz/lobid-resources#1. As it is in no way important to solve this issue right now => closing this one.

jschnasse commented 9 years ago

Do not understand closing. Where is the corresponding ticket in API 2.0 ?

The subject chain will be there implicitly because of having an ordered list (the order in the list reflects the position in the chain).

For the sake of documentation, here is what colleague S.S. told us about field 710 via email on 2016-07-19:

Feld 710 ist ein "freies" Feld, hierzu gibt es für die Erfassung keine Verbundregeln. Insofern kann alles und vieles vorkommen. Dass hier im Beispiel Verweisungsformen angegeben wurden ist erlaubt, nicht unbedingt die Regel.
