Statistics generated via hbz/nwbib#91 should be provided monthly.

Done in crontab lod@gaia. Every month's second day at 02:00 am a report will be produced and stored to http://stats.lobid.org/web-access/nwbib/ resp. http://stats.lobid.org/web-access/.
