Currently, only foaf:name is searched with a ?name query at http://lobid.org/organisation but not skos:altLabel. Example:

http://lobid.org/organisation?name=usb+k%C3%B6ln doesn't give back any results though DE-38 has "Köln USB" indicated as skos:altLabel.

Same for the "Landesbuibliotheken". Search for 'ULB' doesn't deliver any results though it is given as skos:altLabel. This isn't good for filtering of results by holding institution in NWBib (see https://github.com/hbz/nwbib/issues/23).
