hasFormat link missing #160

This issue has the same underlying problem as #155. It's not that bad here as the bigger parts of the RDF description overwrite the smaller part (i.e. the hasFormat triple).

After resolving #155 this issue is expected behaviour. I would like to have it open, though, with low priority. Someday the missing data resulting from resolving #139 should be made available again, I would say.

I can't reconstruct what is actually meant with hasFormat. A value or a MAB field would help.

We removed hasFormat from the context (see https://github.com/hbz/lobid-resources/issues/8#issuecomment-279723868) and, thus, we obviously don't need it. Closing.
