Some isPartOf relations missing #170

We only have isPartOfName properties naming the superordinated resoruce but not the actual link to it.

Book as part of MultiVolumeBook/Collection: http://lobid.org/resource/HT018583629/about <- :exclamation: I guess this is just another expression of #155 because the superordinated resource is one of the collections that is currently not completely transformed to RDF.

The thing is that the ID is missing in the source data, so that no link can be generated. By now, those resources are modeled similar to ispArtOf relation with ID, using a bnode. Closing.
