Create staging branch and implement automatic deployment #270

We already had some discussions during the last weeks about reorganizing our development workflow. One crucial aspect of a new workflow would be automatic deployment when a pull request is merged.

We will implement this first for staging:

[ ] Create a staging branch on GitHub for the staging system
[ ] Automatically deploy staging branch when a pull request is merged in this branch
