Migrate to new web server #291

Our web server, emphytos, uses old hardware and old software. It should be replaced.

Migration is done. So far all tests went well. The repo hbz/lobid-webserver was created to host webserver configs and log-statistic generation. See e.g. https://github.com/hbz/lobid-webserver/issues/3 for updating some configs. Closing.
