Switch to HTTPS as default and HTTPS URIS #297

Currently we use http URIs in the RDF for lobid-resources and lobid-organisations 2.0 beta. We should discuss the following questions before going into production with 2.0:

  1. Should we switch to https by default and redirect http to https?
  2. If 1. shouldn't we also better use https URIs in the RDF?
