NWBib and digitalisiertedrucke are not lobid, though the first is based on lobid. I think we should include GND as soon as we have it in version 2.0.

Re. the wording, I like your proposal and would adjust it a bit as follows:

lobid stellt Rechercheoberflächen und offene Programmierschnittstellen (APIs) zur Verfügung, die auf Linked Open Data (LOD) basieren. lobid wird vom Hochschulbibliothekszentrum des Landes NRW betrieben.
