Add `format=source` parameter, implemented for resources #36

Returns Aleph-MAB-XML for lobid-resources. Expects hbz01 index on the same Elasticsearch cluster as used for the other queries.

Index is created with https://github.com/hbz/mabxml-elasticsearch
