Remove play app and revision static files instead #390

After shutdown of API 1.0 it was decided to tag the master with a final Api 1.0 version, remove the play app and revision instead static webfiles.

I also merged the master of the webserver at emphytos:/srv/www/htdocs/lobid.org without any review, as the files there were already "deployed" (as https://lobid.org/ landing page etc.), see https://github.com/hbz/lobid-resources/issues/947. Closing.
