Replace twitter with mastodon, update team comm channels #492

Eventually closes #491. (I didn't build this locally so I am not sure whether all needed steps are done.

Adding the Mastodon link I naively copied it over from blog.skohub.io and this does not work, see the failed checks. However, I do not know how to best set this up and will leave it to somebody else.
