Test lobid homepage #496

Sometimes the gatsby build fails and we don't take notice. It would be nice to have some URLs under monitoring , using monit, e.g. "https://lobid.org/stylesheets/" and "https://lobid.org/".

Setup monit on emphytos-reserve for now, will move to emphytos later.
