nwbib-spatial clean up #489

We have to clean up some things.

  1. List of Wikidata entries with NWBib ID but without hits in lobid-resources (and, thus, correctly missing in nwbib-spatial):

I went through 1.) and there are only two left now which are correct nonetheless. I also went through 2.) and I think the list is also ok now as some don't have their broader relations in wikidata.
