Group instances of an event series #1153

Many events are instances of an event series. We should think about adding the possibility to group events like we group projects. E.g. Open Education Global Conference 2016 and Open Education Global Conference 2017 are both instances of Open Education Global Conference.

Very good point! And we can learn another thing from OpenCon: The OpenCon Conference (which took place in February) had lots of Satelites: http://www.opencon2017.org/satellite

The multi level structure we use for projects would be useful for this as well.
