Add a "disclaimer" to imprint #1241

When entering data for services there is is often a problem with filling in the licences. Sometimes there is a sentence like "If there is no other information all material is cc by" or worse every resource has its own licence. Because of this our data will be nearly never cover all licences of the repository. Because this is a legal issue I suggest to add a kind of disclaimer to the presentation of services saying something like "We did this nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen und übernehmen aber keine Haftung". What do you think?

After discussing with @dobladov, we think it would make more sense to have a general disclaimer stating that the data collection is a collective effort and while done to the best of our knowledge, we cannot warrant for it's correctness.
