add autoupdate options #21

It would be nice to have an option to enable the script to autoupdate itself.

The script should automatically update itself along with other extensions using 
Chromes built-in ability to update from the Chrome Extension Gallery website 
(which is where I push all the updates out to).

Are your other extensions auto-updating (from the Extension Gallery)?

Am finding spotty results on automatic updating through Chrome.  Some people 
have the extension update, others do not.  Still investigating.
