Beginner questions! #2

So sorry to contact here but couldn't find anywhere else to pose a few questions :

Intro: I can solder, math, and learn software very quickly! I have a long history with flight sims and am building a helicopter simulator - your controls looks amazing. I want to grab a 3d printer, (something like a Creality 10s or 10s pro?), learn to use it, and try this project! I am in Canada and hope all the parts are available to me otherwise.

Do you think the printer listed above and an eager user can accomplish a good result? Thanks so much for this project !!

Hi! Sure, go ahead =) Nothing too complex there at all, basic soldering and basic electronics skills are required (the latter mainly for operating the printer!). Building the set is a fun experience, and you'll love a printer, it's a whole new world of possibilities for a hobbyist. I use p3steel that is much cheaper than Creality, so the latter would be more than enough to handle the print =)

The only part that you won't be able to find locally with ease is probably a Lada clutch spring lol! You can use similar ones or I can mail these to you =)

Please feel free to ask any questions in comments at http://hc625ma.org =)

Cheers!
